COVID-19 vaccines, boosters today: JSU providing free Pfizer and Moderna vaccines and boosters to adults, children ages 12 and up

(JACKSON, Miss.) — Jackson State University is providing free Pfizer and Moderna vaccines and boosters to students, faculty, staff and community members from noon to 4 p.m. TODAY, April 26, at One University Place, Suite 6, 1100 John R. Lynch Street, Jackson, Mississippi 39217. Also, the vaccine/booster and regular Pfizer will be available for children ages 12 and up. 

The Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Centeris providing the regular vaccinations and boosters.

Insurance is not needed, and vaccines are provided at no cost by the Mississippi State Department of Health. Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Center is one of two Federally Qualified Health Centers in Mississippi designated as a federally approved vaccination site.
