(JACKSON, Miss.) — Jackson State University will provide free Pfizer and Moderna boosters to students, faculty, staff and community members from noon to 4 p.m. today (Tuesday, Jan. 4) at “One University Place, Suite 6, 1100 John R. Lynch Street, Jackson, Mississippi 39217. Also, the regular Pfizer vaccine will be available for ages 12 and older.
The Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Center is providing the regular vaccinations and boosters.
Insurance is not needed, and vaccines are provided at no cost by the Mississippi State Department of Health. Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Center is one of two Federally Qualified Health Centers in Mississippi designated as a federally approved vaccination site.
