IZYBEATS AND WALSHY FIRE ARE THE LATEST TO BE NOMINATED


November 24, 2021 (New York, NY) – Internationally acclaimed music entertainment group, Creative Titans, have received two 2022 Grammy Award nominations, via their representation of Grammy Award winning producer/songwriter IzyBeats, and Grammy Award-winning musician Walshy Fire, who also makes up ⅓ of music group Major Lazer.
IzyBeats received a nomination for his work on Masego’s Studying Abroad: Extended Stay album in the category of Best Progressive R&B Album. IzyBeats previously won a Grammy for his work on Koffee’s debut EP Rapture, released in 2019.
Walshy Fire, and the rest of Major Lazer, were nominated in the category of Best Dance/Electronic album for their Music Is The Weapon (Reloaded) project. Walshy Fire previously won alongside Izy for his work on Koffee’s debut EP Rapture, co-producing the tracks “Toast” and “Throne.”
The Grammy nom comes on the tail end of an exciting year of growth for Creative Titans, including new signees globally. Just a month ago, Walshy Fire was also selected as one of YouTube’s Black Voices Music Fund Class of 2022 (view Episode 1 here). The entertainment conglomerate will celebrate their continued success in Miami at this year’s ArtBasel, with a VIP event celebrating Creative Titans’ roster, and this year’s Grammy nominations.
