Yesterday, Donald Trump took to Twitter to explain that the United States would be paying to build a wall on the border of the United States and Mexico. He went on to tweet that the United States would be paid back by Mexico.
This comes after Mexico’s president, Enrique Peña Nieto, made it clear during an interview with CNN that there was no way for Mexico to pay for a wall like that.
In response to Trump’s tweet, former President Vicente Fox Quesada, took it upon himself to clarify Mexico’s stance in a series of tweets of his own.
He went on to question Trump’s presidency after reports revealed Russia’s involvement in the United State’s election.
This tweet seemingly ended his Twitter rant… for now.
