Why did you decide to lose weight?

The first reason was because I was tired of looking the way I did and not able to wear the kinds clothes I liked. The second reason was because I knew that this wasn’t the kind of lifestyle I was supposed to be living.

How much weight have you lost?

52 pounds.

Are you still losing weight or maintaining?

Right now I am maintaining, but I am setting new goals for the future.

How often do you exercise?

Four to five days a week for one to two hours a day.
