BB King, Jimmie Rodgers, Elvis Presley and hundreds of other Mississippi artists all started as independents. We now have hundreds more aspiring independent artists that are showcased during JIMWeek that have the opportunity to not only show their talent, but have the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of our great musical legends,” Barnett said.
